GOLDEN SILHOUETTE is a 1989 AQHA/PHBA 15.3h Golden Palomino mare with a snow white mane and tail. This Grand Ol' Gal has proven herself in both the Show pen and in the broodmare barn. "Penny" as she is known at the barn, has earned her AQHA Halter ROM, has 19.5 AQHA Halter pts, plus 189 PHBA pts, and NUMEROUS Grand Championships. She is an OUTSTANDING producer: ...7 foals, 7 performers...including AQHA Superior Halter, AQHA World Bronze Trophy Winner, Multiple AQHA World Show Top 5 placers, Res. Congress Champion, Halter ROM's in both AQHA and PHBA with 144 AQHA pts and 80 PHBA pts. Plus, money earners in NRHA and Nat'l Reined Cow Horse. She is now retired to the leisurely life of a broodmare...being pampered and raising great babies.
'Penny" has a special place in my heart...She stood GRAND CHAMPION mare at my very first AQHA show and I've admired her ever since. So, a HUGE THANK YOU to Conrad and Mary Funk for giving me the opportunity to love and enjoy "Penny" in her Golden years.
